Isis Property has agreed three lettings at its 400,000 sq ft (37,160 sq m) Castle Mall Shopping Centre in Norwich.
Sportizus has taken 1,135 sq ft (105 sq m) on a 15-year lease at a rent rising to£47,500 a year. Travel Norwich Airport has taken 1,070 sq ft (100 sq m) on a 10-year lease at£45,000 a year. And Subway has taken 505 sq ft (45 sq m) on a 15-year lease at£28,500 a year.
ISIS Property manages the mall on behalf of Friends Provident. Asset manager Brendan Smith said: 'There is a great mix of national names here, but it is also the local retailers that make it an excellent place to shop and relax, and we are pleased to bring in three new names to complement the existing tenant line-up.'
