Shaftesbury has attracted more than 20 retailers to its Kingly Court scheme off Carnaby Street in London's West End.
Shaftesbury targeted young designers and retailers with short- to medium-term flexible leases. To ease the process for those that had not opened a shop before, the 30 units, from 250 sq ft (25 sq m) upwards, were partially fitted out.
Already trading are Carbon, High Jinks, Puma, Ben Sherman, Henri-Lloyd, Sam Greenberg and The Kingly Club. Vans is due to open in December.
Remaining units are available at rents from£10,000 a year, including service charge.
