Swan Hill Properties and HBG Properties have achieved new lettings at the Wellington Square scheme in Stockton-on-Tees - the scheme is now almost 85 per cent let. Etam has signed a new 15-year lease on a 465 sq m store, at a commencing rental of£95,000 a year. Other lettings include a 100 sq m unit to Sally Hair & Beauty and 320 sq m let to Choices Video. Churston Heard, Donaldsons and Sanderson, Townend & Gilbert are the letting agents for the scheme.
