Centros Miller's£21 million town centre scheme at Pescod Square, Boston in Lincolnshire, has achieved two big lettings with Superdrug signing for the first time and Next upsizing.
Superdrug has signed a 15-year lease on a 5,545 sq ft (515 sq m) double unit, while Next is increasing its representation in Pescod Square from 7,480 sq ft (695 sq m) to more than 10,000 sq ft (930 sq m).
Other retailers include Wilkinson, Ottakar's, Officer's Club, All:sports, QS, Bakers Oven, Julian Graves, Home Bargains, Clinton Cards and Peacocks, with eight units currently available to let.
Centros Miller chief executive Lester Hampson said: 'We have received a lot of interest for the remaining units in Pescod Square and expect to have the retail scheme full before our next summer opening.'
Construction is now under way with completion due in July. Letting agents for the scheme are Colin Buckle & Co and Donaldsons.
