Morley Fund Management's The Galleries Shopping Centre in Bristol has signed up Sony and the expanding Dutch retailer Oil & Vinegar as new tenants, following the division of a large unit on the first floor into two units.
Sonex, the UK's largest dedicated Sony-only retailer, has taken a new five-year lease on a 180 sq m unit.
The company now operates 13 stores out of the 120 Sony Centres across the UK and Ireland.
Dutch retailer Oil & Vinegar, which sells oils, vinegars, mustards and dressings, has chosen the scheme for its first outlet in the Southwest.
It has agreed a 10-year lease on a 160 sq m unit.
Oil & Vinegar is aiming to have 120 franchised stores in the UK by 2005.
