Property news - Morrison's ForthQuarter

William Morrison has signed up to develop and operate the local shopping centre at ForthQuarter, SecondSite Property's regeneration project in north Edinburgh. In addition to the local retail centre, the ForthQuarter will include at least 2,000 homes, a headquarters for Centrica/Scottish Gas designed by Foster & Partners, a new Telford College and about 20 acres of landscaped public open space.
