Property news - JJB Sports superstore

JJB Sports is to open a superstore on the first floor of the Guildhall Shopping Centre in Stafford. It has signed a 15-year lease on a 1,225 sq m unit at the rear of the centre, and will relocate from a 170 sq m store on the ground floor. Landlord Tops Estates plans to refurbish the centre and create 465 sq m of ground floor retail space. Tops was represented by King Sturge Retail.
