Property news - JJB joins Middleway Park

JJB Sports is to open a combined sports store and health clubs this autumn as part of a 9,300 sq m second phase of SCPD's Middleway Park scheme in Burton Upon Trent. A 365 sq m Matalan store and a 1,600 sq m Mecca Bingo outlet will complete the latest phase of scheme. Agent King Sturge is quoting£215 per sq m for the final phase, which has planning permission for 1,165 sq m of retail space.
