Bond Street footwear retailer Ivory Shoes has taken its first unit outside London, in Birmingham's Mailbox development. The retailer has taken the last remaining unit in the complex, comprising 1,200 sq ft (110 sq m) next to Gieves & Hawkes on a base rent of£42,000 a year or 12 per cent of turnover, whichever is the greater. Ivory joins Harvey Nichols, Emporio Armani, Hugo Boss, Thomas Pink, DKNY and Iceberg. Birmingham Mailbox was represented by sole agent Markham Vaughan Gillingham.
