Country clothing manufacturer J Barbour & Co has opened its first standalone factory outlet unit at Gunwharf Quays, Berkeley Commercial and Land Securities'£200 million mixed-use scheme in Portsmouth. Barbour has taken a 110 sq m unit next to Gieves & Hawkes on a five-year lease. Jerry Smith of Barbour said: 'Gunwharf Quays' catchment demographics provided a combination perfectly suited to our offer.'
