Property news - CALA doubles Ayr space

CALA Properties is to double the size of its Central Retail Park in Allison Street, Ayr. Construction has started on a further 1,400 sq m of retail space, capable of sub-division into sizes ranging from 140 sq m, together with 80 parking spaces. The first phase was sold to Lidl and Brantano Footwear. Construction of the Phase 2 development will be completed in August. Ryden and Campbell & Company are joint letting agents.
