Property news - Bristol mall £20m upgrade

Ashcroft Estates, acting on behalf of the Charterhouse Shopping Centre Fund II, has been granted planning consent for the first phase of its£20 million upgrade of the 26,185 sq m Yate Shopping Centre in north Bristol. South Gloucestershire Council has approved the break-up of a former Somerfield supermarket into four units up to 600 sq m in size.
