Benjy's, the UK's second biggest sandwich chain, has secured its 60th unit, at Paradise Forum in Birmingham.
The unit will be the business's second outlet in the centre, as it is also poised to open a unit on the ramp leading to The Pallasades in the city centre.
Paradise Forum, which is owned by Rugby Estates, is in a high-footfall location between the International Convention Centre on Broad Street and New Street.
Benjy's has taken a new 10-year lease on the 35 sq m Unit 12 at a commencing rent of£27,500 a year.
Rugby Estates was represented by King Sturge and Angermann Goddard Loyd advised the tenant.
