Barratts, the footwear retailer has set a new record rent at Land Securities' Bon Accord Shopping Centre in Aberdeen. It has agreed to pay£195,000 a year or£162.50 Zone A for the former First Sport unit after the landlord accepted a lease surrender. Gooch Cunliffe Whale acted for First Sport and Barratts Eric Young & Co and F G Burnett represented Land Securities.
