Furniture retailer Oka will open its store in the Cotswolds village of Broadway, Worcestershire on August 22.

The 4,500 sq ft converted Georgian House has 14 rooms, all decked out in Oka furniture, lighting and accessories, and features flagstone flooring, sash windows and period fireplaces in all rooms.

Seven dining designs will be on display, as well as four sitting rooms, a study and various bedroom schemes.

The retailer – which is run by chief executive Annabel Astor, the mother-in-law of Conservative Party leader David Cameron – expects the house to attract customers from surrounding areas such as Oxfordshire, Cheltenham and the Vale of Evesham, as well as visitors passing through.
