Luxury toiletries brand Molton Brown has secured its first prime retail pitch in London's West End, on Regent Street opposite Dickins & Jones.
The niche beauty retailer - which usually prefers secondary pitches - is on the expansion trail, with recent openings in Birmingham's Bullring, London's Canary Wharf and Belfast. The 1,000 sq ft (930 sq m) Regent Street outlet is scheduled to open in mid-November.
Molton Brown is also planning a standalone store presence in international markets and will open its first US stores in New York in February.
The new shops, which will be situated in the trendy Flatiron and Upper East Side districts of the city, will test the retail waters. Molton Brown plans to grow to 30 outlets on the eastern seaboard in the next three years.
