Miss Selfridge, the Arcadia-owned young-fashion retailer, has relaunched its web site with a host of new features.

Prominent changes include the addition of a Style Diaries blog, which provides fashion advice and showcases Miss Selfridge lines sported by celebrities such as Fearne Cotton and Sugababes.

It is the latest site to be overhauled by Arcadia as it seeks to improve its e-tail offer as online takes a bigger share of retail sales.

Over the Christmas period, e-tailers are expected to generate sales of£13.6 billion – a 15 per cent rise on last year. Footwear and fashion is likely to increase 25 per cent to account for about£1.3 million of the total, according to industry body IMRG. No comment was available from Miss Selfridge.
