Crosby Lend Lease has signed three iconic fashion brands to its Clarence Dock waterfront development in Leeds.

All Saints, Rock Couture and G-Star have all taken units in the 1.25 million sq ft (116,125 sq m) scheme.

G-Star has signed for a 2,200 sq ft (205 sq m) unit – its first in Leeds – while Rock Couture will make its debut in the city in a 5,000 sq ft store (465 sq m). All Saints has also taken a 5,000 sq ft store.

Clarence Dock – which is open partially already, with a Tesco Express having traded since January – includes apartments, restaurants and cafés, office space, a conference hall and a casino. It will be complete by autumn.

Joint agents Knight Frank, which recently acquired Markham Vaughan Gillingham, and BSB represented Crosby Lend Lease.
