Dansk Supermarket Group has reported its total revenue for the first half of the year up 3.1% to DKK28.5bn (£3.2bn). The rise was attributed to an increase in consumption.
In the Danish market, revenue for supermarket banner Føtex increased satisfactorily, the supermarket group said. Both hypermarket banner Bilka and discount banner Netto experienced more modest growth. The non-Danish markets showed substantial growth for Netto Sweden and Netto Poland.
