Superdrug will launch a price comparison campaign next week, promoting the lowest brand product prices on the high street in its stores.

The Superprice campaign is supported by a new partnership with price comparison website Mysupermarket.com.

Branded products, which are the best prices when compared to Boots, Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury’s over the last 12 weeks, will be stamped with the Superprices logo.

Superdrug commercial director Steve Jebson said: “Our price position is something we are extremely proud of and giving the customer value is always front of mind. The new Superprices mechanic will allow us to make this existing price position work harder.

“We constantly invest in ensuring we offer great prices, and Superprices is about ensuring that customers understand that position, and also that we get these prices independently checked.”

500 products will have the Superprice symbol when the campaign kicks off on Monday.
