Halladale has sold 34,610 sq ft (3,215 sq m) of retail space at Woodley, a suburb of Reading, Berkshire, to a private investor for £8.1 million.

The price reflects a net initial yield 5.97 per cent. The two units are let to Waitrose and New Look at a total rent of £469,400 a year. Jackson Criss acted for Halladale and Barrs Freer-Smith represented the private investor.
