Haldanes has gone into administration with 600 employees being made redundant.
The administration covers the following stores
Administrators Brendan Guilfoyle and Chris White of The P&A Partnership have been appointed joint administrators.
23 out of 26 stores in Scotland and England have closed.
Guilfoyle said: “Our priority is to provide support for former employees. This new website will give them guidance and advice on entitlements, including how to make claims to the Redundancy Payments Office.”
The website staff should go to is insolvency4employees.co.uk.
Three shops in Tattershall, Wigton and Crieff remain open and trading.
Haldane Retail Group Limited, UGO Stores Limited, Haldanes Express Limited and Bakery Products Limited are unaffected by the administration and are trading as usual.
Haldanes filed for an administration order at the start of June, blaming the Co-op for the stores it bought.
