Zara has made baby steps into a new store format with its debut dedicated babywear store in London.

The fashion retailer opened its first store selling exclusively baby clothing in London’s Covent Garden this month.

The new fascia, called Zara Baby, stocks clothing ranges for newborns to babies aged up to 12 months, as well as a range for children aged between 3 months and four years.

Prices range from £3.99 to £39.99.

The fashion retailer’s parent company Inditex posted an 18% spike in first-quarter profits in June.
