Jaeger’s trading director, product director and chief information officer are exiting the business following a senior management reshuffle.

Trading director Gwynn Milligan and CIO Cathy McCabe have already left the retailer while product director Liza Canneford-Webb will depart after three years with the business.

The trio will not be directly replaced, Drapers reported.

Instead, store design and product supply will fall under the remit of creative director Sheila McKain-Waid while chief financial officer Ken Pratt, who joined in July, will be responsible for trading.

The departures are not the only management level exits this year: omnichannel director Caroline Lee and chief financial officer Harminder Atwal both left at the beginning of the year while retail director Anita Lyons departed in October after just six months.

Jaeger has had a turbulent past few years, characterised by the departure of former chief executive Colin Henry,

Henry was hired by private equity owner Better Capital in 2013 but left the business in October last year, halfway through his five-year turnaround plan. He was replaced by Better Capital operating partner Chris Horobin.
