Market leader in UK pizza delivery, Domino’s Pizza, has secured 15 more retail sites across the UK, bringing its portfolio to 326 outlets.

The latest acquisitions are at Central Retail Park, Ayr; Kingstanding Shopping Centre, Birmingham; Whitegate Drive, Blackpool; The Old Feathers, Chesterfield; Caradoc Road Cwmbran; Whitesand Road, Dumfries; The Long Walk, Dundalk; Bridge End Road, Grantham; Belmont Road, Hereford; Kingston, Milton Keynes; Barracks Road, Newcastle-Under-Lyme; Valley Park Centre, Peterborough; Treforest, Pontypridd; Dronfield, Sheffield and Station Road, Sutton in Ashfield.

Domino’s Pizza property acquisitions manager Colin Jarrold said that the typical requirement is for 1,200 sq ft (110 sq m), with 18 ft (5.5 m) of frontage and high visibility.

He said: ‘Last year, we opened a record 50 stores, and we have already secured a good pipeline of sites for this year. To achieve our ambitious expansion plans we will be continuing to look for new sites to develop in 2005.’
