Furniture retailer DFS is to roll out a new-look store fascia. The change of image was tested in December last year, when the retailer's Watford store opened. 'We felt the time was right to refresh our appearance,' a spokeswoman said. The adoption of the look at older stores began in July in Scotland and Northern Ireland, and is expected to be completed in the UK by the end of December. DFS, founded by entrepreneur Lord Kirkham, reported record interim pre-tax profit of£26.1 million in April. The retailer will report its full-year figures on October 9.
