Liver birds to get more fab gear at shopping destination
Warner Estate has struck two more deals at the Cavern Walks shopping centre in Liverpool, which it manages on behalf of the Agora Shopping Centre Fund.

The deals, with two independent multi-brand stores, reflect Warner's strategy of turning the mall into a fashion destination, which began last year with the arrival of Vivienne Westwood.

The first letting is to La Paloma, an exclusive shoe store stocking names such as Jimmy Choo, Pucci, Roberto Cavalli and Giuseppe Zanotti. The tenant has taken a five-year lease with an annual rent of£20,000.

Meanwhile, Goodman International has signed a 10-year lease on a unit with an annual rent of£20,000, rising to£23,000. This will be Goodman's second store in Liverpool, and will carry Versace and D&G lines.

Warner Estate property director Richard Moore said: 'The centre has already made a huge impact on the Liverpool fashion arena, and I am confident that over the next six months we shall see Cavern continue to develop as a well known and distinctive designer shopping destination.'
