Capital Shopping Centres has signed several more retailers for its Harlequin shopping centre in Watford, capitalising on the opening of Zara at the mall in April.

Coast and Karen Millen have taken 1,900 sq ft (175 sq m) each, while Principles has taken 2,500 sq ft (235 sq m) for opening in the autumn.

Starbucks has also recently opened in a 1,100 sq ft (105 sq m) unit; Danish ladieswear and homeware brand Decadent Dorothys has taken 800 sq ft (75 sq m); Pumpkin Patch 1,600 sq ft (150 sq m), and Hot Chocolat 1,000 sq ft (95 sq m).

Headline rents at the Harlequin centre are now established at£295 Zone A.
