Be Inspired keynote with Barbara Harvey, managing director, Accenture Research
How is diversity and inclusion driving business outcomes? It’s no surprise that in more inclusive workplace cultures, women, men and LGBTQ professionals are more likely to love their jobs and aspire to be in leadership – in the UK alone, they are two or three times more likely to advance to senior management positions. In this session, Accenture Research managing director Barbara Harvey will explore the impact of these workplace cultures on business outcomes, with a focus on innovation, as well as identify the elements of retailers’ inclusion and diversity practices that customers really care about.
