The Hampton-Alexander Review, Chief Executive

“There has never been greater visibility in business on the lack of women in senior leadership positions. Yet the pace of change is slow. Rising public awareness and increasing focus from investors and employees is helping to quicken the pace. At the same time, the gap between those organisations working hard to address the shortfall of women at the top - and those doing very little - has never been more obvious. We know that the voice and courage of the leader, the Chair or CEO, matters more than anything else. Closely followed by a robust plan of action and sustained effort to bring about lasting change. Whereas we can celebrate the efforts and progress of many, at the same time we need to call on those leaders doing very little, to play their part.”
