All Saints has bolstered its management team with two senior directors from Selfridges and Urban Outfitters.

The fashion retailer has hired Selfridges buying and merchandising director of menswear Anita Barr as its global product merchandising director. Barr joins All Saints in November and brings 20 years of buying and merchandising roles.

It has also hired Beverlie Choa as global director of retail merchandising who joins next month. Choa previously worked at Urban Outfitters and Levi’s.

All Saints chief executive William Kim said: “I am thrilled that Anita and Beverlie will be joining to complement our existing brilliant talent base.

“Working closely with design, production and supply chain, Anita will further develop our ready-to-wear collections as well as develop new categories for All Saints. Beverlie will work with our existing retail merchandising teams based in London and New York to manage the brand’s inventory and assortments in the vertical retail distribution channels: AllSaints.com, flagship, mainline, concessions as well as outlets.”

Barr said: “All Saints holds a unique stature in the global market place and after meeting with William and hearing his vision for the future of the brand; I knew this was a chance to be part of something very exciting. First and foremost I’m a product person and this role gives me the opportunity to concentrate all my energy and focus into one brand”

Choa added: “I decided to join AllSaints because I believe in its evolution into a globally desired brand. It is rare to join a management team with such positive energy for innovation and to have the mandate to do things differently.”
