Retail Week presents a round-up of what to look out for next week, including a half-year update from N Brown and full-year figures from WHSmith.

N Brown

The fashion retailer reveals its first-half results on Wednesday. Analysts will be keen to see if N Brown has built on the 1.5% increase in like-for-like sales released in June, driven by its shift to a digital-first model.

WHSmith

The stationery retailer unveils full-year results on Thursday. WHSmith has already revealed it expects performance for the year ending August 31 to be “slightly ahead” of expectations. Sales have been boosted by the new Harper Lee novel, while the controversy over airport VAT appears not to have had any impact.

Game Digital

The games specialist reveals annual numbers on Thursday. Game appears to have recovered from a profit warning in January and has already reported “robust trading” in its second half.

Zalando

The online fashion retailer publishes its results for the third quarter on Thursday. In August, Zalando raised its full-year revenue growth expectations from 25% to between 28% and 31% after reporting a 31.5% surge in first-half revenue.
