Retailers including Watches of Switzerland, Skechers and Fat Face have signed up to Land Securities’ Glasgow Buchanan Street development, which is now 90.7%pre-let.
Whiteley Shopping Centre to kick-start retail development
A 300,000 sq ft shopping centre in South Hampshire will help kick-start retail development following a building hiatus in 2012 after schemes were mothballed in the downturn.
Land Securities and Cortefiel end UK venture
Property group Land Securities and Spanish retailer Cortefiel have ended a tie-up designed to introduce new brands to the UK and shut eight stores.
