Retailers Pull & Bear, Vans, Yours, Yankee Store and Crabtree & Evelyn have all signed for space at Bristol’s Cabot Circus.

The new space let totals over 18,500 sq ft as the shopping centre grows its retail offer.

Inditex-owned fashion retailer Pull & Bear will take almost half this space with an 8,900 sq ft store, which is set to be the retailer’s first in the South West of England.

Inditex property director Joe Grimes said: “Bristol and the South West is an exciting new marketplace for us. Cabot Circus, with its well-earned reputation as fashion and style hub for the region, is the ideal place for us to open. The centre’s catchment and Bristol’s unique profile is a great match for our brand.”

Plus-sized fashion brand Yours will also be launching its first South West store in the centre with a 3,235 sq ft unit and footwear retailer Vans has taken a 3,200 sq ft space.

Candle retailer Yankee Store’s 2,360 sq ft site and Crabtree and Evelyn’s 800 sq ft store are both on short-term leases

Land Securities retail leasing director John Grimes said: “In the last year alone we’ve let over 73,000 sq ft of space at Cabot Circus to retailers as well as popular restaurants including T.G.I. Friday’s and Wagamama.”

Land Securities and Hammerson were advised by CBRE and Lunson Mitchenall. Pull & Bear was advised by Hartnell Taylor Cook, Vans by CBRE, Yours by KLM, Yankee Store by Savills and Michael Horwitz acted on behalf of Crabtree & Evelyn.
