Comment on: Retail rent regime still outdated
UORRs tied to long leases are ruinous commercial leases. for tenants, who need flexibility to adjust to changes in tastes and turnovers. Commercial property should be a service to enterprise ,trade and employment. These leases are well pass their sell by dates.

Comment on: Ziff buys bulk of Barratts stores
How is Mr Ziff getting away with this. The Ziff family own Town and Country Estates. I was a shareholder in Stylo Barratts and I never received a penny dividend, even though Mr Ziff was paid a massive salary and perks. Rewarding failure. Who fails wins.

The Irish government by agreeing these ruinous leases either colluded with the cartel or is criminally negligent.
