Hi to both anons. Kate Bostock is quoted in our article so her perspective is represented. As you may know we were not the only publication to run the story - it was in fact broken by the Financial Times and it would be remiss of us to ignore it. Re the second point, have you looked at our staff list? Of the 10 writing staff, 7 are women. We solicit feedback on our Top 100 every year. Suggestions welcome about women (and even men!) who should be on it but aren't.
