Department store Selfridges has been hit by the exit of three of its senior bosses including its finance director and head of online.

Finance director Mark Raban and head of online Zia Zareem-Sladem, who reports into Simon Forster, are to step down from the department store, according to Retail Week’s sister magazine Drapers.

Director of menswear Anita Barr is also understood to be exiting the retailer.

A spokeswoman for Selfridges confirmed the departures. She said it was “not uncommon post-bonus” to see several of people leave and highlighted the average length of time each person had spent at Selfridges was five-and-a-half years.

Selfridges last week promoted womenswear, accessories and kidswear boss Sebastian Manes to buying and merchandising director.
