Marks & Spencer has signed to anchor Multi Development's Summer Row scheme in Wolverhampton.
The retailer has taken a 97,000 sq ft store over three floors in the 600,000 sq ft scheme.
It joins Debenhams, which has already signed for the scheme's second anchor store, a 105,000 sq ft unit.
Multi Development managing director Paul Sargent said: "The signing of Marks & Spencer is positive news for Wolverhampton. Having two major anchor stores at either end of the Summer Row scheme will significantly enhance the retail offering.
"The signing also sends out a strong positive signal to other retailers contemplating coming to Wolverhampton. Summer Row will attract shoppers from across the region and will put Wolverhampton on the retail map."
